What Happened

In September 2024, we took 20 guests to visit Hill Country Hops, our partner hop farm just outside Fredericksburg, Texas.

The Day Included

• Bus transportation from Austin Taproom
• Farm tour during active harvest
• Hands-on hop picking experience
• Fresh-hop beer tasting (brewed the day before with just-picked hops)
• Farm-to-table lunch
• Take-home bag of fresh hops

Fresh Hop Beer

The fresh-hop IPA we brewed with hops from this tour is available for a limited time at all taprooms. Look for “Harvest Haze 2024” on the menu.
